General & Order Concerns

Please be aware that purchases from my Etsy shop and those made privately are separate from the operations and platform of this site.

General Concerns: If you have questions about store policies, or would like to have some inquiries addressed, feel free to reach out through the contact form :) I really appreciate my customers and will gladly help as best I can. Also, if you run into an issue not addressed in this page, the sooner you message me the better!

Cancelation:  Things happen and I’m not without empathy. I just ask that you fill out the Contact Form IMMEDIATELY so that the item(s) do not get packaged/shipped. I try my best to send packages promptly, but if you are able to message me before I get to your order, I will gladly cancel your order and issue a refund through your original form of payment.

Limited Stock: Being a small business, I often creat products in small batches. However, if there is a sold out item that you’re interested in, shoot me a message because I might might might have some in stock that are unlisted, or can have them made specifically for you. In the later case, a pre-order listing will be published for you to complete your purchase. Depending on the item being pre-ordered, it may delay shipment of the other items in your cart, especially for handmade pieces; may want to purchase pre-order separately. Timeline will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Safest bet is to send a message through the Contact Form in this instance.

Returns: All items are thoroughly described, inspected, and package securely. Additionally, many of my products are custom pieces or do not allow for resale (e.g. soaps, bath-bombs, etc), as such returns are not an option. Please be sure to double check your cart prior to checkout.

International Customers (outside US): I do ship overseas, but please be aware that you are responsible for any additional duties/fees/taxes owed once the package reaches its port of entry for your country. Refusal to pay these fees will likely result in the package being returned to sender without prior authorization, and a refund will not be issued.

Lost Package: Unfortunately we still live in a world where shipping is delayed due to CoVid Regulations/Limitations, even if I place the package in the post in a timely manner. Delays, especially around holidays, are an inevitability. Once your item is in transit, I am no longer responsible for your package since it is literally out of my hands. However, should your tracking information indicate that it was lost in transit, an insurance claim will be initiated, and once concluded in your favor by the carrier a full refund will be issued. Carriers have a limited durations for claim submissions. If your issue is brought up after that timeline, then you may not be compensated; timeliness is key.

Exchanges: [30 days following delivery] Buyers are responsible for return shipment, as well as making sure the items are packaged securely, and in the same condition they were received in. Following a condition inspection confirming that it is intact and unused, the buyer will place another order, and the value of the exchange will be issued through the initial form of payment *.
